HISTORICAL MONUMENTAL BUILDING, DATING BACK TO THE 30S (FORMER COLONIA FARA)
Majestically erected and facing the Mediterranean, Colonia Fara, historical building of the 30s certified as culturally interesting by the National Supervision office, has been built according to the project of Engineer Nardi Greco and opened in 1935 as a summer home for children.
The architectural style of Colonia Fara reflects the culture of Futurism (Adalberto Livera) and of Expressionism (Mendelsohn) of the time. It is a 49 meters tall building composed of a wide basement, two stories high, from which a 10-story tower stands.
The restilying project of architect Enrico Pinna (studio Pinna, Genova) and of quantity surveyor Alessio Gotelli (studio Geoide, Chiavari) contemplates the redevelopment of the building with spacious luxurious apartments, a hotel with wellness center and thalassotherapy, underground parking, a private park and direct access to the beach.
